Kami does not proactively monitor, review, or filter user inputs or AI outputs (since processing occurs locally on your device). However, Kami reserves the right to take any action we deem necessary, including legal action, in response to reported violations of this AUP or applicable law.

You acknowledge that Kami's ability to monitor or enforce this AUP is inherently limited by our local-first architecture — we do not have access to your conversations. Nevertheless, you remain fully bound by and accountable to this AUP.

5. AI-SPECIFIC GUIDELINES

In addition to the general prohibitions above, the following apply specifically to your use of Kami's AI capabilities:

  • You should not rely on Kami for critical decisions affecting health, safety, finances, legal rights, or life outcomes. Verify AI-generated information independently.
  • Do not use Kami to provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological) without appropriate qualifications and disclaimers.
  • Do not deliberately attempt to make the AI model generate prohibited content (jailbreaking, prompt injection attacks designed to bypass the model's safety training).
  • Be aware that AI models can produce inaccurate, misleading, or outdated information ("hallucinations"). You bear responsibility for verifying and appropriately using AI-generated content.
  • Do not use Kami to automate decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without meaningful human review.

6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, or if you encounter content generated using Kami that violates these standards, please report it immediately to:

Email: adarshjagannath777@gmail.com
Legal: adarshjagannath777@gmail.com

Reports should include a detailed description of the alleged violation, including any relevant context, timestamps, or evidence. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. ENFORCEMENT AND CONSEQUENCES

Kami reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to violations of this AUP, at our sole discretion:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to the Services;
  • Forfeiture of any prepaid subscription fees;
  • Permanent banning from future use of the Services;
  • Reporting of violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities;
  • Initiation of civil litigation to recover damages, costs, and legal fees;
  • Cooperation fully with law enforcement investigations and court orders.

Kami is not obligated to provide notice before taking enforcement action, though we will endeavor to do so where appropriate and lawful.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

We may modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Services after modifications become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified AUP. It is your responsibility to review this AUP periodically.
